Approach

My approach is rooted in psychodynamic or psychoanalytic theory. In practice, this means that I will work with you to help you gain insight into how your emotions, relationships, and patterns of thinking have evolved over time and continue to influence your life today. In our work together, we will look closely at how you respond to emotional stress and relational challenges. From there, we develop practical tools and insights to support meaningful change. My style is compassionate, creative, playful and direct at times. While I integrate a range of evidence based therapeutic techniques, I believe in the importance of deep exploration to create lasting, meaningful change. Each individual is unique and I adjust my approach for you.

Therapy is an investment that takes time, but through our work together, you will gain more agency, feel less stuck, and develop new ways of relating to yourself and others. My role is to help you experience more of yourself and the life around you, fostering self-awareness, emotional resilience, and greater fulfillment.
