Individual Therapy

Whether our work is brief and focused or open-ended and exploratory, therapy should reflect your needs, move at your pace, and be guided by shared goals. You are the expert in your own life. I view my role as offering insight and helping to connect you more deeply to yourself and the world around you. Some people come to therapy hoping to process long-standing emotional patterns. Others are working through transitions, relationship dynamics, identity questions, or the day-to-day stress of living in a fast-paced, demanding world.

In addition to individual work, I offer group support for women in the perinatal period—including pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood. These groups are designed to reduce isolation, normalize the wide range of emotional experiences in this season of life, and foster connection and community. Together, we explore the often unspoken realities of this transition—shifts in identity, changes in relationships, physical and emotional recovery, and the tension between expectations and lived experience. The groups are warm, nonjudgmental spaces where you can show up as you are and feel seen, supported, and understood.
